CIMUSE Course Request

If needed, we can set up shared group storage for your course.

Our storage is NOT currently backed up. While precautions are in place to attempt to mitigate data loss, we cannot guarantee this in the case of a catastrophic hardware failure. Important data should be backed up in another location outside of Hellbender/RDE. Please check the below affirmation field if you understand this.

The Hellbender cluster/RDE storage is only rated to accept DCL1 or DCL2 level data according to the UM system classifications here: https://www.umsystem.edu/ums/is/infosec/classif... If you have DCL3 or DCL4 data , or have questions on this, please reach out to our team at itrss-support@umsystem.edu.

Do you affirm that your data will fall within DCL1 or DCL2 levels?

We request that the software be open source and freely available. We cannot support or install licensed proprietary software for CIMUSE members at this time.

Please attach an Excel/CSV sheet containing the SSO/First Name/ Last Name/Email Address for each student that needs to be added to this course. Please only list one student per line.
