How do I install software from Software Center on Windows?

 

Answer

 

Note: Computer must be connected to the campus networks to install software. 
           If you are not on the campus network, please connect to the VPN:

1. Open Windows Search by pressing Windows + S keys simultaneously.

2. In the Search box, type Software Center.

3. Click on Software Center App icon to launch Software Center.

4. Select Applications in left-hand column of Software Center to view available self-service installations.

5. Search for available Applications by typing the name, title, or keywords in the Search box located in the upper-right-hand corner of Applications tab.**

6. Click on the icon of the application for Application Details.

7. Click on the Install button to begin installation.

8. When the installation is complete, you may close Software Center.
