1. In the Outlook application Select File – Accounts. 2. Select Manage Profiles. 3. Select Show Profiles. 4. Select “Prompt for a new profile to be used".
5. Select Add, name your profile, and click ok. 6. Enter your username@umsystem.edu and your university password. 7. If Prompted, Enter Password and select “Remember Credentials” 8. Add more username@umsystem.edu accounts by clicking "Add another account" as needed and click "Finish" when you are done. 9. Completely exit Outlook and then Reopen. 10. Choose your new profile from the list and click "OK". Outlook may take some time to load everything. 11. The next time you open Outlook, on the prompt screen you may un-check "Prompt for new profile" and select "Always use this profile" then click "Apply" and "OK". This will allow Outlook to start without the additional prompt screen each time. 12. It is not necessary to delete the old profile. You may continue to return to your old profile to retrieve signatures or check settings, for your new profile.
