How to Create and move a Zoom Assistance request to Missouri Online

How do I create and move a DoIT Zoom Assistance request to the Missouri Online TDX ticketing application.

 

Answer
  1. Open TDWorkManagement ( https://tdx.umsystem.edu/TDWorkManagement/ )
  2. Use the View Applications button to open the DoIT Ticketing application. Image of the View Applications button circled. Image of the DoIT Ticketing tile circled.
  3. Select the New drop-down arrow option listed in the DoIT Ticketing sub-menu.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. Select New Service Request from the drop-down list.

  5. Type Zoom into the Form field and then select the Zoom Assistance - Form from the list. Click the Reset button next to the text field after selecting the Zoom form.Image of the Zoom Assistance form circled. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  6. Complete the required fields:Image of the fields.
    • Status
    • Source
    • Requestor
    • Description of Request
    • Impact
    • Urgency
    • Set yourself as the responsible person in the Responsible field.
  7. Click the Save button at the top of the form to save the request.Image of the Save button circled.
  8. Select View the service request you just created from the Service Request Created Successfully window.Image of the View the service request you just created link circled.
  9. Make sure you are on the General tab, then click the Actions drop-down button.Image of the Actions button circled.
  10. Select the Move To Application option from the Actions drop-down list.Image of the Move To Application option circled.
  11. A new Select Destination Application/Form window will appear. Find Academic Technology Ticketing in the list and Select AT Service Request from the list.Image of the At Service Request option circled.
  12. Fill in the following field values:
    • Enter a comment about the ticket being moved into the Comments field.Image of the comments field.
    • The Form field should default to AT Service Request, keep it as this value.Image of the form field.
    • Service field, select the search icon to the right of the field. Enter "Zoom" into the search field and select the Search button. Look at the name column in the search results and select the Zoom service.Image of the Search button circled on the Service field.

    • AT Action field, Select the appropriate field from the drop down list.Image of the AT Action field.
    • Responsible field, The "Academic Technology General" group should default into the Responsible field. If it does not use the magnifying glass to search and select Academic Technology General from the search result list.

    • Select the Notify Responsible check box.Image of the Notify Resposbility check box checked.
    • Status field, Select New from the drop down list.Image of the Status field set to New.
    • Click the Move button at the top of the window to move your ticket to the Academic Technology Ticketing application.

    • Select OK from the tdx.umsystem.edu says pop up.
    • You have successfully created and moved the Zoom Assistance Ticket. The ticket tab can now be closed.
