General Disruption
	- Verify cords are plugged in correctly, in the back of the phone.
 
	- Manually reset the phone:
	
		- Choose Applications or Settings.
 
		- Choose Admin Settings.
 
		- Choose Reset settings.
 
		- Choose Reset device.
 
		- Confirm the reset.
		
			- The phone will indicate it is not registered with a spinning icon in the upper right corner.
 
		
		 
	
	 
Note: Do not press any keys on the phone until the display returns to normal. This may take a few minutes.
	- If it doesn't work properly, obtain the current phone information:
	
		- Choose Applications or Settings.
 
		- Choose Phone information.
 
		- Obtain:
		
			- IPv4 address
 
			- Host name (the MAC address)
 
			- Active load (the firmware version)
 
			- Last upgrade date and time
 
		
		 
	
	 
Note: Do not use the Report a Problem soft key
	- Provide the phone information to Tech Support.
