How do I dial a toll-free call?

Answer

Follow these steps to dial a toll-free number on a traditional phone:

  1. Lift the handset.
  2. Listen for a dial tone.
  3. Dial 9-1-toll-free number.

Note: VoIP phone sets do not require you to dial 9.
