Room Features:
- Display
- Room Computer
- Video Conference (Zoom video & audio conferencing)
- Laptop/Auxiliary Input
Power:
- TV power is located on the left of the display.
- Sound bar power on right side.
- Input 3 is required on sound bar.
Input Options:
- Input sources can be selected by using the displays center control button.
1. Room computer:
A room computer is behind the display on the left. USB inputs are available on the front of the computer.
2. Wireless presentation:
- Zoom can be used for wireless presentation in the room.
- Input Tip: We recommend you use the in-room computer for wireless presentation for most of the presentations. Join the Zoom meeting with audio muted and no mic input.
3. Connect laptop: (not recommended)
An HDMI cable is provided at the table.
Accounts:
Room Computer Login:
A default Windows local room user account will automatically login after restart.
Default Zoom for room:
The computers local room account will have dedicated zoom account for conferencing and screen sharing.
DO NOT SIGN OUT Of THE ZOOM ACCOUNT from default Windows local room user account.
If needed, Zoom personal user accounts can be used,
Users can select “sign out” of the default Windows user account at the Windows start menu and login as a personal user account. Please restart machine when you’re finished using personal account to reset the device for the next users.
