If your instructor has set up appointment availability on Zoom, you can easily book some time to meet with them. Here's how to get started.
- Open your Canvas course and select Zoom from the course navigation menu.
- Select the Appointments tab from the Zoom menu at the top (See Fig. 1).

- Select the appointment type you want to schedule Your instructor may only offer one type of appointment, or they may offer different appointment types and lengths.
- Your instructor's upcoming availability will appear (See Fig. 2). Use the calendar, or the left and right arrows to find additional appointment availability.

- Select an available appointment time and confirm your booking by selecting Book in the pop-up window (See Fig. 3).

- You will receive an email confirming your appointment.
- To join your meeting, use the link in the confirmation email, or return to the Appointments tab in Canvas and select Upcoming Events and Join the meeting (See Fig. 4).
