Beginning June 1, 2026, Panopto videos archived for three years will be permanently deleted in accordance with our established content retention policy. Videos archived for three years have gone unwatched for 4.5 years.
To retain a video for future use, you can view and restore archived videos or download any videos you wish to store outside of Panopto.
⚠️Note: After June 1, 2026, any videos archived for three years will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
