Accessing Cengage Books for Missouri S&T Students

Depending on what Cengage materials have been chosen for your course, you may find your textbook in different locations.

Course Materials in your Course Navigation menu

1. Select Course Materials in the Course Navigation menu.
2. Select Read Now (See Fig. 1).

3. Instead of Read Now, you may see the message below. In that case, try the options below.
   This is publisher-delivered courseware. To access your courseware content, navigate to the publisher integration in your LMS.

Modules

You may find a link to the entire textbook or links to individual chapters in Modules.

1. Select Modules in your Course Navigation menu.
2. Look for links that have terms like “book,” “textbook,” or “chapter” in the title.
3. Select one of those links to open the book.

Mindtap

If your course uses MindTap, you can also view the textbook from the right-hand sidebar menu in that tool.

1. Select any link to MindTap. There may be a general link to it in Modules or a link to an assignment in Modules or Assignments.
2. Choose the Full Book icon in the grey bar on the right (See Fig. 2).
