The latest version of the Respondus 4.0 exam authoring tool now supports the publishing of assessments directly to Canvas New Quizzes in addition to Canvas Classic Quizzes. To update to the latest version of Respondus 4.0, go to the Help menu and select Check for Update (See Fig. 1). Users will receive automated prompts to update in the coming weeks. Version 4.1.0.02 or higher is required.

In the newest version, New Quizzes will be available in the Preview & Publish tab (See Fig. 2). To learn how to publish assessments from Respondus 4.0 to Canvas, view the Respondus 4.0 vendor resources.
