The WVP High Risk Certification is a mandatory education requirement determined by an annual risk assessment that assigns risk levels based on job code and HR DEPT ID. For employees classified as high risk, this certification will automatically be added to their learning plan and cannot be removed by the education department. 

To review the annual risk assessment and training requirements: 

  • Access Navex 
  • Search for Workplace Violence – Risk Categorization Table 

Non-completion of the required education is at the discretion of leadership.
