How to submit a ticket to System HR about Benefits:
Go to: https://askhr.umsystem.edu/hc/en-us/sections/40010258581787-Help-Center
Before submitting a service, you can click on what category your question falls in. By clicking the category, you will be directed to websites with additional information.
If your question is not answered through self service links, then you can submit a ticket by clicking the "Submit a Request" button at the top of the webpage.
This will direct you to submit a ticket. All tickets related to benefits should be submitted under "Total Rewards Inquiry". Follow the directions on the page to submit your question.
