Situation
Automatic equivalencies for NC001 and WBT104 (infection control) are not working.
Background
Previously, Nursing Housewide Orientation (NHO) attendees would automatically receive credit for WBT104 Infection Control through a Cornerstone equivalency function.
Assessment
NHO attendees used to automatically get credit for the clinical version of WBT104 (NCO001-2X Clinical Orientation = Infection Control), but the equivalency no longer works due to the course no longer being contained in a curriculum. The course cannot be put in a curriculum as it has a different due date than all other AOMs.
Recommendation
No additional/manual steps from Human Resources team members are needed to manage this equivalency. The Tech Team has adjusted the pre-existing integration to now mark learners complete for the clinical version of WBT104 as well as the relevant version of NCO001.
