Data Refresh Schedule

Our internal dashboard is refreshed once daily. We also run a background preparation job every 6 hours to stage updates from Cornerstone, but the dashboard itself updates on the daily cycle.

Important: If you completed training today, your completion may not appear on the dashboard until the next daily refresh (typically within 24 hours).
