About Creating a New Knowledge Article

Description

This is an overview of how to create a new knowledge article in TDX. 

 

Process

To create a new Knowledge Article

  1. Click on Knowledge Base
  2. Click on the Category where you want to locate the Article
  3. Click on +New Article

 

To configure the New Article

  1. Enter the Category where this article will reside.
  2. Enter the Subject of the Article
  3. Select the Informational article template

 

Begin editing the Knowledge Article

  1. Update the About name for the Article
  2. Write a description of what the article is about.
  3. Update any links that you want to include in the article.  This could be links to other web or Sharepoint sites, to Process Guides or articles stored in Teams, or Videos on the web or stroed within the network environment.   *Note:  Be sure that the sharing is set correctly for the audience you are making this Knowledge Article available to.
  4. Identify Features or Steps for your article and update accordingly.
  5. Update details as appropriate.
