How do I access the Phenom hiring manager application?

IMPORTANT: To access the Phenom Hiring Manager application, you must be listed as a member of a requisition’s hiring team in one of the following ways: 

• You are listed as a Hiring Manager, Hiring Manager Assistant, or Collaborator on an OPEN requisition in Taleo. 

• A current member of the requisition’s hiring team manually adds you as a hiring team member via the Hiring Manager application. 

If you fit these criteria, login to the Phenom Hiring Manager application. 

If you do not fit these criteria and attempt to login to the Phenom Hiring Manager application, you will receive an error message saying you do not have access to the site. If you need access to Phenom Hiring Manager application, consult with your departmental hiring team about being added as a hiring team member.
