Due to certain functionality with JAMF, MacOS upgrade to Sonoma is not recommended. As of October 2, 2023 the issue causes a black screen and users are not allowed to login to their computer. JAMF is currently working on a way to remedy this issue. We have deferred the Sonoma upgrade currently. Once the issue with the upgrade and JAMF is resolved, the deferral will be removed.
