How do I check my voicemail messages when I can’t access my phone?

If voicemail is enabled on your number, you can access your voicemail by logging into the VoIP Web Tools application at https://voiceweb.mst.edu.

1. Sign in with your UM SSO, when prompted.
2. From the main menu, click on the “VoiceMail Web UI link”
3. Your voicemails will appear.

You should also receive a copy of voicemail messages to your university email address. Please note that deleting these emails will not delete the messages from the phone system nor turn off the indicator light on your phone. You will still need to delete them either using your phone or the above VoIP Web Tools.
