In order for IT to provide access to electronic records the appropriate form must be filled out. These are hosted in docflow. There are three forms: one for access to records for students, a second for employees and a third for faculty.
When submitting make sure to clearly describe the records that are needed. Distinct keywords work best as these are what eDiscovery tools use.
