Is Hellbender Up?

Determine if Hellbender is undergoing maintenance, or if another issue is preventing connection by checking the status pages.

Hellbender status can be found at status.missouri.edu.  During maintenance Hellbender will not be available. Regular maintenance is scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of every month.  When maintenance is taking place, and when Hellbender is having issues, a status is also posted at https://ondemand.rnet.missouri.edu/pun/sys/dashboard/system-status.

 

• Terminal connection from Off Campus will only work with VPN or a Public Authentication Key.
• Hellbender might be experiencing some kind of issue - for example users running on a login node make it unresponsive to all.
• If you have checked status, ensured you are on the VPN or campus network, and still cannot login - please notify our team at itrss@missouri.edu or open a general support ticket via TDX.
