The Webex User Hub is your dashboard for managing your account settings for meetings, calling, and devices. This user guide focuses on Cisco Webex User Hub.
User Hub Access
The Webex Settings User Hub allows you to manage and configure settings, notifications, and voicemail from a web browser.
1. From a web browser, navigate to your company Webex site.
2. Enter your username and password when prompted.
3. The Cisco Webex User Hub landing page will appear.
4. Click Profile to edit your profile picture, name, or address.

Settings
Select Settings to edit your preferences, The options that appear depend on services you have assigned, to include Calling, Meetings, and Devices.
You can configure all the call settings from the User Hub by navigating to Settings > Calling.
NOTE: The calling option is available only for users with the Webex Calling license.

Settings - Voicemail
The Webex Settings User Portal allows you to manage and configure voicemail options for your Webex softphone or your Cisco IP Phone.
1. From the Webex User Hub click Settings.
2. Choose Voicemail
3. The Voicemail toggle must be enabled to receive and configure voicemail settings.
- Click Manage Voicemail to play, download, or delete messages
- To reset your voicemail pin, click Reset Voicemail PIN

- To Play a message, Select the message and click Play
- To download or delete click the manage option and choose Download or Delete
Settings – Emailed Voicemail Transcription
1. From the User Hub, navigate to Settings.
2. Select Calling, click on Voicemail.
3. Scroll to Message storage.
4. Select Use Internal mailbox.
5. Go to Additional Settings, toggle on Email a copy of voicemail message.
6. Enter the email address to send the transcription to.
7. Click Save.
