Question
How does someone log in to websites with different Microsoft accounts?
Answer
The following steps allow you to use multiple Microsoft accounts even when a website or service does not normally prompt you to select a particular Microsoft account upon login.
- Go to https://office.com/login?es=Click&ru=%2F%3Ffrom%3DPortalHome%26acctsw%3D1&prompt=select_account.
- If you are "Signed in" to the desired Microsoft account, click the three vertical dots beside it and choose "Sign out".
- Sign in to the desired Microsoft account.
- Go to the website/service you are wanting to use (i.e. by using a bookmark) and then login to it using the desired Microsoft account.
As an alternative to the above:
- If using Firefox, use the Container Tab feature to keep your accounts separated.
- Otherwise, use different Microsoft accounts from different web browsers (e.g. one in Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari).
