How do I add a photo to my Mobile ID?

Answer

1. Go to Settings.

2. Choose Update Photo.

3.Choose upload for Font and Back of Government ID.

4. Allow GET app access to your camera.

5. Take or upload the Photos then Crop as needed.

6. Once ID is added Upload your photo.

7. Once photo is uploaded, Submit for review.

8. If rejected, review the photo guidelines and resubmit another photo.

ID Photo Guidelines

  • Your photo must be a recent color photo.
  • Your photo must be clear and good-quality.
  • Your entire head and shoulders must be visible.
  • You must be facing forward, centered, full face view with a neutral facial expression or a natural smile.
  • The photo must have a solid, light colored background (NO patterns, textures, or scenic backgrounds).
  • No other people or objects may be in the photo.No gestures or inappropriate facial expressions. Hats, sunglasses, face masks,or headphones/earbuds are not permitted (religious head coverings are an exception).
