Errors in Microsoft Applications on University Computers which are not solved by signing out then back in (i.e. Audio issues on Teams, Outlook files not syncing)

Resolution

Repair M365

Follow these steps to repair Microsoft 365 on a university computer by using Software Center.

1. Connect to VPN if off Campus or Not connected to Campus network

2. Open Software Center

3. Choose Installation Status

4. Choose M365 Apps for enterprise

5. Choose Repair

If issue persists- Uninstall then Reinstall M365 using the steps below.

Reinstall M365

Follow these steps to reinstall Microsoft 365 on a university computer by using Software Center.

1. Connect to VPN if off Campus or Not connected to Campus network

2. Open Software Center

3. Choose Installation  Status

4. Choose M365 Apps for enterprise

5. Choose Uninstall

6. Once Finished choose Install
