How do I assign myself as the responsible person on a TDX ticket.

 

Answer

Log into TDWorkManagement.

Click the View Applications button and Select a Ticketing Application.

Search and select a ticket to open.

In the ticket view, under the General tab, click the Actions drop-down button. Choose either Take Incident or Take Service Request to designate yourself as the primary owner of the ticket.

A pop-up window will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to take primary responsibility for the ticket?" Select the OK button to confirm you would like to assign yourself as the primary responsible person for the ticket.

The ticket has been assigned to you. You may proceed with updating, editing, or adding comments to the ticket, or you can close the ticket window once you have completed your changes.
